Engaging Learners

Based on the concepts of emotional intelligence and constructivism, Redloh Education trains school leaders and classroom practitioners to create and sustain engaged learning in every classroom at every level.

On one level, Redloh Education examines school policies and develops strategies at the policy level to motivate both students and teachers to become engaged in the learning process.

On another level, Redloh Education offers training for school leaders and education practitioners. Leaders are trained how to observe teachers in the classroom and give constructive feed back on to improve instruction and student learning. Redloh Education consultants observe the work of education practitioners and provide training and resources to help them use learner centered instructional strategies.
