Numeracy for K thru 8
For K-8 staff and teachers, Redloh Education runs training sessions on improving numeracy. We work with school leaders and teachers to ensure they have the skills to help students develop good numeracy practice through workshops that feature both mathematics content and effective methods for teaching mathematics to elementary students. All workshop content and instructional strategies are in accordance with the curriculum of the host country.

Engaging Learners
Based on the concept of emotional intelligence and constructivist theory, Redloh Education trains school leaders and classroom practitioners to create and sustain engaged learning in every classroom at every level.
On one level, Redloh Education examines school policies and develops strategies at the policy level to motivate both students and teachers to become engaged in the learning process.
On another level, Redloh Education offers training for school leaders and education practitioners. Leaders are trained how to observe teachers in the classroom and give constructive feed back on to improve instruction and student learning. Redloh Education consultants observe the work of education practitioners and provide training and resources to help them use learner centered instructional strategies.
