One Day Challengers©: Professional Development for Teachers
One Day Challengers© are day-long, intensive collaborative learning courses where teachers learn useful skills and create tools they can use in the classroom to improve instruction and student learning. Program Development and Implementation
Our approach to program development includes program design, planning/implementation, monitoring and correcting, and hand-over. We also design and facilitate training to increase human capacity for implementation. Clients are left with clear program objectives, and a ‘program delivery’ plan that explains the activities to be done, the persons responsible for each activity and the resources needed. The most important part of this process is a solid hand-over procedure that helps clients develop capacity to run a successful and sustainable education program.
Instructional Materials
Redloh Education excels in creating instructional materials for governments, public and private schools, and educational agencies in math, ELA, social studies and the visual and performing arts. Materials may be a series of lesson plans, content for an app or website or a learning kit with a variety of objects, texts and technological resources. We also create ‘train the trainer manuals’ for educators and education technicians.
Research and Final Reports
Redloh Education conducts desk-based and site-based research, including interviews and surveys to produce studies, white papers and reports to meet research and ROI goals.
